Who doesn't like to save money? I know we do! I started this to show what kind of deals I find, new ways I'm trying to make money and anything I come across to save us money!
This weekend is not a good coupon weekend at all! The only insert that will be in tomorrow's paper is a General Mills insert. I got my local paper today and one was in it. I didn't think there were going to be any coupons this weekend. Sometimes on a holiday P&G will sneak an insert in the paper, but not this weekend. I looked on their site and the next one comes out June 6th. I won't be buying any papers tomorrow, because the insert I got says $12 worth of savings...lol The bigger papers may have a few more coupons in the General Mills inserts, but it's not worth it to me. The Parade magazine had a $5 off any Prilosec OTC product also.

I keep forgetting about mega swagbucks! I'm so mad at myself! I am 40 swagbucks away from getting my first Amazon gift card! Woohoo! I'm excited! I know it's not much, but I literally put in maybe 15 mins a WEEK. If that. So it's definitely worth it to me! Is anyone else a member? I would love to know how well you are doing! Tonight I earned 11 swagbucks by searching "coupon" lol I just enter random things. I don't ever click on any of the sites that come up. I just keep searching until I get something!

I did 3 separate transactions at Target. I wanted to roll gift cards and have less out of pocket. My first transaction was definitely *interesting*. I had an older man ring me up and it took awhile for him to do my coupons!! lol I tried to tell him something about the coupons and he said "I know how they work, I've worked here for 10 years." Well excuuuuuse me...rofl.
Yay I finally got to CVS! I didn't get a ton of stuff, but I was happy for my maiden voyage....lol I did two separate transactions. Oh and I was so excited to finally get to try the *Magic Coupon Machine* lol. All I got was a $1 off any CVS cosmetic accessory and a $1/2 CVS paper products, but hey it's still free stuff!!!

#2 Since I don't live that close to CVS I had to be sure to use up my ecb's and not buy anything in this transaction that gave me more. I don't want them to expire before I get back out there.
I ran over to Walgreens yesterday and did 2 transactions. They were pretty much the same I just swapped body washes on the second one. The third pic I'm just showing what comes inside the water bottles. :)
I ran to the Dollar General in my town today to pick up a few things. Wow they are a lot different then the one I went to yesterday in a nearby town. I think I will stick with the other Dollar General. The one closest to me the cashier and manager were both VERY rude and didn't know their coupon policy, and sorry to say, but obviously don't pay much attention or can't read the big sign in their window. OK enough about that.

There are two inserts in the papers today. You should get a Red Plum and a Smart Source. Just a heads up my Parade magazine had 1 coupon in it. It is on the back. $5 on any Zegerid OTC 14 ct or larger. My hubby must have gotten excited about the yard sale, because he went to pick up the papers for me this morning and he came home with SEVEN!!!! He told me more coupons=more free stuff----I like the way he thinks!!
Ran to Wal-Mart to FINALLY pick up some of the Nivea for Women body wash. They had tons!! Wal-Mart doesn't give a total savings, and this one doesn't show a subtotal for some reason, so I added up all of my coupons to see how much I saved that way at least. I had $79.62 in coupons!! Of course the CSM had to come over, because I exceeded the coupon limit! lol I always seem to do that at Wal-Mart.

Small trip to Dollar General. So if you have any more of the Nivea for Men coupons you may want to hold on to them!!

I headed over to Kroger to get some more pop (we drink a lot here...I know that is so bad) I also had some coupons burning a hole in my pocket lol. I also was looking to get a great deal there with the Old Spice and Windex Outdoor window cleaner starter kit, but my Kroger didn't have those starter kits. They said they should be coming on the truck tomorrow, so I have my fingers crossed and I will be headed there after work tomorrow to check!!

Alright I had $6.00 left of the OYNO's and I was getting hungry so I decided to get something for dinner. After wandering aimlessly around trying to decide what sounded good I decided taco salad. And to make this even trickier I didn't have any of my food coupons with me since I thought I was doing all the P&G sale~guess I learned my lesson! We already had the ground beef, lettuce and tomato so here's what I got:

They also have Pepsi brand 2 liters on sale for $1.25 and when you buy 6 you get 2 free. And to make this even better at the end 2 codes for free Red box rentals printed out courtesy of Pepsi! Yay! I love good surprises!

This week the paper will have a Smart Source, Red Plum and P&G so be prepared for A LOT of great coupons!
